Responsibilities
- Play a vital role in managing complex accounting functions.
- Perform reconciliations and support financial operations across departments to ensure integrity and efficiency of financial systems.
What You Bring
- A diploma in Accounting or equivalent education
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in a municipal setting
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, public sector accounting, and cash management
- Experience with computerized accounting systems and Microsoft Office tools
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
