Job Description
Qualifications
3–5+ years of experience in accounting, payroll, or compensation analysis
Strong understanding of general ledger processes, reconciliations, and multi-entity environments
Experience processing payroll and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations
Knowledge of compensation analysis, salary benchmarking, and HR data insights
Proficiency in QuickBooks (required), Excel, and HRIS platforms
Familiarity with tax reporting, including W-2s, 1099s, and withholding requirements
Experience with job evaluation frameworks and salary structure design
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field preferred
Certifications such as CPA, CCP, or similar are a plus
