Overview
MSC Cruises is one of the world's four largest cruise companies and part of the MSC Group, the global leader in container shipping. We are establishing a new multilingual B2C contact centre in Valencia to serve European countries. This is a genuinely foundational moment for the operation, with direct exposure to our headquarters in Geneva and real room to grow as the hub scales.
Reporting and Responsibilities
You will be the financial and controlling reference for the Valencia Hub, reporting directly to the CFO for Spain and working closely with the Swiss parent company. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, building processes in an environment that is still taking shape, and bringing the rigour needed to scale them properly.
