Job Description
Core Responsibilities
1. Oversee overall accounting for Singapore region & overseas factories, optimize accounting systems, ensure compliance with ACRA, IFRS andgroupstandards; managetrade/factory accounting (AR/AP, cost accumulation, fixed assets, ledger closing, financial statements).
2. Lead cross-border trade finance control (settlement, foreign exchange, customs duties, tax coordination) and risk management.
3. Manageoverseas factory financial operations (cost accounting, budget control, financial analysis) to support production optimization.
4. Lead a team: build organizational structure, conduct training, improve efficiency.
5. Handle Singapore local tax/GST/audit, coordinate with external institutions, ensure compliance and support group audits. 6. Prepare financial/operational reports, analyze data, provide strategic support to groupheadquarters.
