Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, management reports, and budgets providing insights into financial performance and variances.
- Oversee payroll processing ensuring timely and accurate payment of salaries and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Conduct regular bank reconciliations and cash flow management to maintain optimal liquidity and identify potential discrepancies.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance roles.
- Proven experience in a similar industry (e.g., technology, manufacturing, non-profit) is preferred.
