Accounting & Finance Recruitment Consultant 

Sector: Industry & Commerce


Basic Salary: £40,000 + Uncapped Commission


Are you an experienced recruitment consultant looking to advance your career with one of the most respected financial recruitment firms in the North West? We're seeking a driven Senior Consultant to join our thriving Preston office.


The Role:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with accounting & finance firms across the North West region

  • Focus on permanent placements from newly qualified through to Partner level

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from business development to candidate placement

  • Build your own portfolio while working with an established client base

  • Contribute to the team's growth strategy and mentor junior consultants

  • Proven track record in public practice recruitment, with at least 3 years' experience
