Job Description
- Check and approve payment, receipt, accounts payable, and journal vouchers to ensure financial accuracy.
- Review customer billing statements, control monthly accounts receivable aging, and prepare collection plans and reports.
- Prepare cash flow plans and coordinate with banks for monetary transfers to align with the cash flow strategy.
- Maintain the fixed asset register, calculate monthly depreciation, and issue corresponding journal vouchers.
- Generate monthly expenditure reports and compile necessary documentation to support Corporate Income Tax (CIT) calculations.
- Coordinate with BOI and financial auditors, and prepare specialized accounting reports to support the business plan and related stakeholders.
