Key Responsibilities
- Manage financial operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, payroll, cash flow, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, reports, and forecasts
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS) and tax/regulatory requirements
- Develop, implement, and maintain strong internal financial controls
- Coordinate and lead internal and external audits
- Develop and monitor budgets and financial plans
- Supervise, train, and mentor accounting team members
- Provide financial guidance to management and collaborate with other departments to support business goals
