Job Description
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA license is an advantage, but not required
- At least 3–5 years of accounting experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, BIR Reporting, and bookkeeping
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, or similar)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Supervise and manage the accounting team in daily operations
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial reports
