Accounting - Lecturer, 1-year Term

The Lazaridis School of Business & Economics at Wilfrid Laurier University invites applications for a one-year Limited Term Appointment at the rank of Lecturer in Accounting, commencing September 1 2026. This is a full-time teaching position with a home campus in Waterloo, Ontario. The position is subject to budgetary approval.

Salary range: $89,919 to $125,000. Actual salary to be commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

• Teach core and elective Accounting courses in the Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Graduate Diploma in Accounting (GDip), and Master of Business Administration (MBA) programs.
• Contribute through service work for the Accounting area and/or the Lazaridis School.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistency across multi-section courses, including coordinating course content, drafting assignments and examinations, marking, and returning work in a timely manner.
