Job Description
R&R:
1. Financial Accounting and Reportin
g- Handle daily accounting operations, general ledger management, and the preparation of financial statements (in accordance with Thai accounting standards and Group requirements)
.- Establish and maintain accounting accounts and rules for factoring operations (factoring receivables, commission income, impairment provisions, etc.)
.2. Tax Managemen
t- Oversee local tax compliance in Thailand: filing, planning, and compliance for corporate income tax, VAT/business tax, and other tax types
.- Maintain communication with local tax advisors and accounting firms to ensure that invoicing and tax handling for factoring operations comply with local regulations
.3. Expense Managemen
t- Review company expense-related processes, manage monthly/annual expense forecasts and year-end settlement feedback, and conduct expense risk audits/self-inspections
