Job Description
The Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing end-to-end accounting and financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and regulatory compliance. This role requires a high level of independence and leadership in managing accounting activities and supporting both local and overseas operations. Candidates must have prior experience in a manufacturing environment and exposure to international reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the accounting team to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant financial records and reports
- Oversee employee benefits–related transactions and ensure compliance with internal policies and external requirements
