Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy
- Licensure: CPA
- Experience: 4–5 years in an accounting leadership or managerial role
- Core Competencies:
- Accounting principles, taxation, compliance
- Analytical thinking, integrity, attention to detail
- Communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of automated accounting systems
- Training: Relevant updates in accounting standards, taxation, and continuing professional education
