We are looking for an Accounting Manager with deep expertise in Colombian accounting and tax regulations, financial reporting under IFRS/NIIF, and proven leadership in complex, international environments.
What you will do:
- Lead and supervise the monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all financial statements.
- Oversee full compliance with Colombian tax obligations (DIAN) and regulatory reporting to Superservicios and Supersociedades.
- Manage cash flow monitoring, accounts receivable and payable control, and financial debt covenant tracking.
- Serve as the functional owner of the SAP Finance module, ensuring data integrity and driving process improvements and automation.
