Oversee the plant's financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Ensure accurate financial records and compliance with company policies and legal guidelines. Ensure appropriate management and control of fixed assets and capital expenditures. Ensure appropriate management and control of inventories. Manage and lead the plant finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
