Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
• Ensure all financial reporting adheres to GAAP standards and oversee tax compliance and regulatory filings.
• Lead budget preparation, financial forecasting, and variance analysis to support business decisions.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop the accounting staff to ensure high performance and professional growth.
• Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and implement robust internal controls.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance.
• Minimum of 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Experience in manufacturing or construction is highly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks and SAP.
