- Prepare and present timely financial reports to assist in strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding financial reporting and taxation.
- Manage the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors.
- Develop and enforce internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Experience Level: 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance
- Skills and Competencies: CPA certification is required; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in accounting software
