Job Description
- Planning, implementing and supervising the company’s financial strategy
- Handling the company’s transactions and debts and doing cash flow forecasting
- Overseeing the daily activities of the accounting department and ensuring that all major projects, month-end, and year-end reports are completed accurately and on time
- Keeping informed about the latest developments in the finance industry
- Hiring, training, and motivating accounting staff members while supervising and delegating department tasks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree holder
- CPA or non-CPA
- 8 years experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax fields
- At least 3 years’ experience in a supervisory/managerial role
- Amenable to work on site
