Job Description
Senior executive responsible for overseeing the company’s overall financial activities, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning. This role typically reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) or Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The Finance Head leads the accounting and finance team, ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, analyzes financial data and market trends, and supports business growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement long-term financial strategies aligned with company goals. Lead the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
