Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end financial planning activities including budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.
- Conduct financial analysis to evaluate business performance, trends, and profitability drivers.
- Provide financial support and recommendations for investments, expansion, and new business initiatives.
- Collaborate with Operations and cross-functional teams to drive performance improvement and cost efficiency.
- Oversee and develop the management accounting team while enhancing financial reporting processes and systems.
Qualifications:
