Job Description
BASIC FUNCTION
The Jobholder contributes to the growth and profitability of Metro Pacific Fresh Farms by being responsible for planning, organizing, leading and controlling work activities relative to the attaining of goals related to the following Key Result Areas (KRAs):
- Financial Reports: Monthly Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow
- Books of Accounts
- Government Reports - BIR, SEC, Reports to NTC, LGUs etc.
- Yearly Audit Preparation
- Accounting Policies, Guidelines and Procedures
- External Relations (Government Agencies and External Auditors)
- Property Accounting
- Leadership / Management Effectiveness
