QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- At least 15 years in accounting operations, preferably in manpower, logistics or other volume-based industries.
- Strong familiarity with Philippine government reportorial requirements (BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, DOLE).
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams, delegate tasks, and drive performance.
- Analytical mindset, detail-oriented, strong organizational and communication skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage end-to-end accounting processes including payroll, billing, collections, and disbursements.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and management reports.
- Supervise reconciliation of accounts and monitoring of cash flow.
