Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end accounting operations: GL, AP/AR, fixed assets, inventory, and month-end/year-end close
- Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with PFRS
- Ensure full tax compliance: BIR filings (VAT, EWT, ITR), tax reconciliations, and audits
- Manage statutory reporting and compliance with SEC, BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Strengthen internal controls, policies, and audit readiness
- Partner with operations and management on cost control, profitability analysis, and decision support
- Lead, coach, and develop the finance and accounting team
- Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulators
