- Manage financial reporting, budgeting, and reconciliation processes.
- Ensure compliance with accounting laws and company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business performance.
- Develop staff by mentoring and training junior accountants.
- Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and taxes.
- Prepare, analyze, and present monthly financial reports to the management team.
