Job Description
ADMINISTRATIVE SUPERVISION & CONTROL
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the department; ensure that the turnaround time has met.
- Conduct regular meetings to address operational issues and concerns.
- Makes appropriate corrective action or recommendation.
- Conducts performance evaluation.
- Review the work of the supervisor.
- Ensure internal controls are followed.
- Signs/approved documents/transactions within his authority.
- Prepares memo/communication as needed.
- Ensure policy compliance by all staff.
FINANCIAL REPORTS
- Prepares necessary Journal entries for certain assigned accounts
