Job Description
- Thoroughly checks and reviews the Request for Payment received.
- Oversees accounts payable transactions and ensures timely resolution of concerns.
- Accurately and timely checks the vouchers of Purchase records.
- Thoroughly checks the un-liquidated cash advances and cash advances liquidations.
- Timely reconciles all advances account every month.
- Timely prepares the Monthly advances schedules.
- Accurately interprets the established Policy and Procedures.
- Helps develops new policy for the improvement of the Department.
- Regularly checks filing of accounting documents.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate superior of Chairman.
- Graduate of BS/BA in business administration, Financial Management or relevant field.
