Responsibilities
Maintain complete and accurate books for the Singapore entity, in accordance with US GAAP and Singapore statutory requirements
Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities support SOX compliance
Manage treasury, fixed asset accounting, and procure-to-pay processes
Prepare Singapore statutory financial statements, corporate income tax computations, and GST filings
Monitor and track compliance with EDB/EDBI incentive programs
Requirements
6-10+ years of accounting experience in a multinational technology or semiconductor environment
CPA, CA, or equivalent qualification
Strong knowledge of Singapore statutory reporting, tax, and audit requirements
Hands-on experience with well-recognized accounting systems is highly preferred.
