Job Description
A well-known large condominium property management company is looking for a Accounting Manager to perform following responsibilities
- Supervise a team of property accountants : receivable , payable, GL
- Review financial statement packages
- Approve GL and bank reconciliations. Prepare and review working papers for budgets and financial packages
- Manage investment Reserve and Operating fund investment analysis
- Manage banking , cashflow and treasury analysis
- Manage corporations properties contracts and budgets along with Property Managers and Board
- Coordinate with auditors
Requirements
- Atleast 3 plus years relevant experience
- Experience in property management industry is must
