Job Title: Accounting Assistant (Project-based 3 months)
Hours: Full-time
Salary: 18K to 20K
Key Responsibilities
- General bookkeeping, including but not limited to preparing and maintaining financial reports, disbursement processing and bank reconciliation
- Performing basic office tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, processing mail, filing, etc.
- Maintaining a detailed and accurate database of data, ensuring that records are complete and current.
- Perform billing and collection tasks to external organizational partners and provide timely updates to the Management.
- Organize meetings with relevant departments and/or organizations to resolve discrepancies, establish process flows and SOPs, and general follow-ups.
