Job Description
The Accounting Officer supports the Accounting Manager in timely and accurate month-end closing, financial reporting, and budget preparation. The role prepares balance sheet schedules, cash flow projections, and variance analyses, and helps generate management reports. It also assists internal and external audits by preparing required schedules and coordinating document submissions.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle month-end closing tasks (journal entries, reconciliations, schedules)
- Prepare and maintain Balance Sheet schedules
- Prepare financial statements and management reports
- Analyze income statement results and variances vs budget and prior year
- Assist in internal and external audit requirements
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy
- With general accounting / GL and month-end closing experience at least 3 years
