Responsibilities
- Assist in the month-end and year-end financial close process
- Prepare and post journal entries and account reconciliations
- Support financial reporting in compliance with accounting standards
- Assist in variance analysis and resolving discrepancies
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and policies
- Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy (CPA is a plus)
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in records-to-report or general ledger processes
