Position: Accounting Officer

The Accounting Officer is responsible for managing the company’s financial transactions, payroll, and tax compliance. This role ensures accurate recording, reporting, and analysis of all financial data to support the smooth operation of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and reports.
- Handle payroll processing, including computation of salaries, deductions, and government remittances (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and withholding tax).
- Ensure timely filing and payment of all taxes and government contributions.
- Monitor daily sales, expenses, and cash flow transactions.
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements and reports.
- Coordinate with external auditors and government agencies as needed.
