This is a hands-onposition and the individual will be exposed to various aspects of a private mortgage lending company. You will be responsible forworking within a dynamic team.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Reconciling bank statements and general ledgers
- Compile and distribute daily management reports
- Compliance reportingfor lenders and regulators
- Prepare monthly financial statements and consolidated financial statements
- Prepare ad hoc reporting as requested by management or investors
- Cash receipt entry, accounts payable, accounts receivable and account reconciliations
- Internal department queries and problem solving
