Job Responsibilities
Responsible for parts of bookkeeping and using SAP and filing documents: Accounts payable and payment vouchers.Accounts receivable and receipt vouchers.Sales voucher checking by coordinating with the Logistics team.Preparing AR risk reports for JPHQ.Issue invoices to JPHQ and the related country. Tax Management. Completing Input and Output VAT reports, input VAT reconciliations, and VAT tax filing for the Revenue Department. Inventory.
