Description We are looking for an Accounting Specialist 1 to support accounts receivable operations for a long-term contract opportunity in Irving, Texas. This position is well suited for someone who is organized, detail-focused, and comfortable handling financial records with accuracy. The person in this role will contribute to day-to-day billing and payment activities while helping maintain timely and reliable account documentation.
Responsibilities:
• Process accounts receivable transactions accurately and ensure financial records are updated in a timely manner.
• Review invoices, payments, and account activity to identify discrepancies and resolve routine issues.
• Apply incoming payments to customer accounts and maintain clear supporting documentation for each transaction.
