Responsibilities
- Handles company’s financial record keeping, including preparing invoices, recording payments, and managing the organization's expenses. Analyzing all financial transactions, ensuring compliance with accounting and legal requirements, and developing budgets.
- Maintaining and reviewing financial records.
- Manage all accounting transactions
- Prepare budget forecasts
- Reconcile accounts receivable
- Ensuring compliance with accounting and tax laws.
- Audit financial transactions and documents
- Monitoring expenditure and profits and providing reports.
- Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements; Managing business accounts and preparing financial statements
- Performs other related duties as assigned or as may be necessary
