Job Description
Responsibilities
- Process and record financial transactions, invoices, and payroll.
- Prepare financial reports and assists with budgeting
- Reconcile accounts and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Assist with tax filings and compliance requirements
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information
Qualification
- Must be a graduate of accountancy or related course
- 1-2 years experience required but knows how to do payroll, balance sheet and other related work
- Willing to learn basic knowledge of accounting principles is a plus, strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software ( training provided if needed)
- Reliable, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential data
