Job Description
Accounting and Bookkeeping:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in compliance with Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) regulations.
- Prepare and post journal entries, ensuring that transactions are correctly recorded in the accounting system.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year‑end financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Tax Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with BIR tax regulations, including VAT, income tax, and other applicable taxes.
- Prepare and file regular tax returns (e.g., VAT, percentage tax, income tax) in compliance with local tax laws.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of tax policies, laws, and regulations in the Philippines.
