Responsibilities
- Maintain financial records and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Graduate of BSA and CPA is a plus.
- 1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.
