URGENT HIRING: ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST
Location: Quezon City
- Manage Accounts Receivable: process invoices, track payments, follow up on overdue accounts, and reconcile customer accounts.
- Handle Accounts Payable: process vendor invoices, ensure timely payments, reconcile supplier statements, and maintain accurate records.
- Assist in month‑end and year‑end closing activities.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records in compliance with company policies.
- Prepare reports as needed for management review.
- Assist with budget tracking, cost allocation, and expense monitoring for construction projects.
- Support auditors and respond to internal or external financial queries.
