Key Responsibilities
- Prepares balance sheet and cash flows
- Prepared detailed schedule of accounts
- Prepares journal entries to record financial transactions
- Prepares bank reconciliation statements
- Checks and monitor billing of condominium dues and utilities to tenants
- Prepares aging of receivables
- Prepares letters to delinquent accounts
- Preparation and filing of periodic tax returns
