Our company is seeking a highly skilled Accounting Specialist to join our Full-Time Engagement Professionals (FTEP) team. This is a full-time role where you’ll become a valued member of our core professional staff, supporting critical projects and interim accounting needs for our diverse client portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
+ Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules
+ Assist with month-end and year-end close activities
+ Maintain accurate financial records and ensure data integrity
+ Support billing, invoicing, cash application, and expense tracking
+ Research and resolve accounting discrepancies and variances
+ Assist with payroll processing and related reporting, as needed
