- Prepares & dispatch billing invoices.
- Primarily responsible in updating statement of account.
- Follow-up collections to clients.
- Issue and Official Receipt.
- Resolve customer billing problems and reducing the number of accounts receivables.
- Updating Accounts Receivable Aging Report.
- Communicate/coordinate with internal CSR Sales, CY and Operations dept regarding of any changes on supplier's contract rate and billings.
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy or related field
- Fresh graduate are encourage to apply
- With good interpersonal and organizational skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Has the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
