Accounting Staff

Responsibilities

• Checking and compilation of EIR.
• Billing monitoring.
• Maintain financial records for individual shipments and entire transportation fleets.
• Work closely with dispatchers and transportation managers to ensure accurate billing and payment for services.
• Manage accounts receivable related to transportation transactions.
• Assist with budget planning and forecasting for transportation operations.
• Use accounting software and other tools to manage financial data and generate reports.

Qualifications

• Preferably a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• 1 year accounting experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge in Trucking/Logistics.
• Has an experience in EIR, Billing, Incoterms.
• Strong numeracy and analytical skills. • Good problem-solving and time management skills.
