Job Description
Qualifications:
* With a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
* At least 1 year work experience in Financial and General Accounting
* Proficient in Microsoft Applications and Business solutions (i.e. QuickBooks)
* High attention to detail and can work under minimal supervision
* Strong English Communication Abilities (both verbal and written)
* Female; Preferably residing in Quezon City, or near work location
Key Roles:
* The Accounting Assistant ensures accuracy, completeness and timeliness of fund reports, monitoring of advances in general / investment, petty cash flow, regular updating of Bank / Funds signatories, and other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Work location: (1) San Juan City, (2) Quezon City
Work schedule: Monday to Saturday
Salary Range: Php16,000 – Php20,000 (For Discussion)
