Receivables
- Prepares needed documents for customer regarding financial status of the company
- Checking of Mold Sales Report
Payables
- Checks Cheque and Check Voucher
- Checks Telegraphic Transfer Forms and attachment
Treasury
- Request budget for fund transfer / conversion (dollar/peso)
- Handles deposits / withdrawals for Top Management transactions (Dollar / Peso)
- Prepare Projected Cash Position
- Monitor/Updates all bank account balances
- In-charge in Opening new bank accounts
Other Treasury Responsibilities
- Over-all in charge in bank transactions of the company
- Over all in-charge of budget
Payroll
- Checking of Payroll and Payslip
- Checking of 13th month and tax refund
