- Monitors compliance on Collection Summary Report
- Reviews if collection receipts are properly prepared and issued
- Verifies remittances coming from warehouse and sales
- Checks postings in SAP
- Compliance with timely sending out of billings to customers and recording of payment applications
- Reviews posting of sales in SAP
- Checking of daily update of Disbursement Checks Monitoring
- Reviews the posting of AP Voucher
- Posting of Landed cost
- SOA approval and price linking in SAP
- Prepares Monthly Bank Reconciliation Statement
- Reviews any adjustment to Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable thru creation of Debit or Credit Memo in SAP
- Reviews the GRPO posting in SAP
- Monitors the Open item in SAP to counter check any hanging transactions in SAP
