Accounting Support Specialist (ADK - - PTASS)
Number of hours: 20 hours/week
Schedule: GST
Tasks required:
- Manage and update financial records in QuickBooks (Bills, Invoices, bank entries, closing journals)
- Reconcile Shopify and Amazon information over to Quickbooks
- Perform GAAP-compliant revenue and expense matching
- Maintain and update inventory tracking using Google Sheets
- Complete account reconciliations and financial reporting
- Support day-to-day accounting tasks and ad hoc duties as needed
- Other accounting/audit related tasks as assigned
Requirements :
- Background in Accounting, Finance , or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role
