Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage and update financial records in QuickBooks (Bills, Invoices, bank entries, closing journals)
- Reconcile Shopify and Amazon information over to Quickbooks
- Perform GAAP‑compliant revenue and expense matching
- Maintain and update inventory tracking using Google Sheets
- Complete account reconciliations and financial reporting
- Support day‑to‑day accounting tasks and ad‑hoc duties as needed
- Other accounting/audit related tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role
- Experience with Shopify and Amazon seller operations is required
- Hands‑on experience using QuickBooks Online
- Proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
