Job Description
We are searching for an Accounting Team Leader who will be part of the Record to Report – Intercompany (RTR-IC) Team and will directly report to the Head of Accounting.
Key Tasks
- Ensure complete, accurate, and timely submission and approval of all tax declarations (VAT, WHT, CIT) in line with statutory deadlines
- Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring smooth execution
- Supervise and oversee accounting activities, including account reconciliations, balance follow-ups, and maintenance of accurate TB and control reports
- Lead and support the team in resolving day-to-day operational issues, including complex reconciliations and reporting challenges
- Review and control ad-hoc accounting requests and journal entries, ensuring proper documentation and accuracy
